This study explores the elements that contribute to a memorable guest experience at the Zhuhai Marriott Hotel Jinwan, focusing on personalized service, culinary excellence, cultural immersion, and wellness offerings. The research highlights how thoughtful gestures, such as personalized greetings and bespoke services, enhance emotional connections with guests, fostering loyalty and satisfaction. Culinary innovation, particularly the blending of traditional Cantonese flavors with modern interpretations, plays a pivotal role in creating lasting impressions. Additionally, the hotel’s dedication to cultural immersion, wellness facilities, and guest-centered design further elevate the overall experience. The leadership of the General Manager and team members, including the Director of Rooms, Director of Food and Beverage, and various culinary experts, is instrumental in setting a new benchmark for wonderful hospitality. This research underscores the importance of emotional connection, attention to detail, and a guest-centric approach in delivering unparalleled service in the luxury hotel industry.
